Workplace Health and Safety and Hazarous Substances Training Programs

The Managing Farm Safety Training Program is based around the Nationally endorsed competencies that are contained in the Rural, Amenity Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management training packages. This program provides training and assessment for Occupational Health and Safety competencies at the following levels: (Participants who are assessed as competent will be issued a 'Statement of Attainment' for the relevant competency)

RTC2701A - Follow OHS Procedures
RTC3701A - Respond to Emergencies

RTC4701A - Implement and Monitor the Enterprise OHS program

RTC5701A - Establish and Maintain the Enterprise OHS program

ChemCert Training Queensland

ChemCert Training Queensland is a now a trading entity of Farmsafe Queensland Ltd and offers a full range of chemical training products including:

RTC 3401A - Control Weeds
RTC 3704A - Prepare and Apply Chemicals
RTC 3705A - Transport, Handle and Store Chemicals
NOTE: Holders of 'Statements of Attainment' for the above 3 competencies will be eligible to obtain a "Commercial Operators" licence from the QDPI&F
Upgrades and Re-accreditation for existing ChemCert certificate holders are available
RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Includes re-accreditation by correspondence
We also offer level IV & V Chemical training programs:
RTC 4702A - Minimise Risks in the Use of Chemicals
RTC 5702A - Develop and Manage a Chemical Use Strategy
